Hey Willy! Who Are You?

My name is Willy Mack, and I'm a professional chef turned stay-at-home dad. I still cook every day, but the clientele is a little different.

Cooking in a restaurant and cooking at home are two very different affairs. However, almost everything you do working in a kitchen for 12 hours a day can be used to make you a better cook at home. And this is one profession where it's ok to bring your work home with you.

From recipes, techniques, and kitchen efficiencies, I'm an open book when it comes to sharing what I've learned during my days at the CIA (not that CIA) and the countless hours I spent sweating it out in kitchens in New York and Colorado.

So, if you want to know anything about cooking, eating, or running a restaurant, I'd love to hear it. Just shout "Hey Willy!"
